The Tryout Prep BootCamp is for boys and girls in the 7th, 8th and 9th grade preparing for tryouts. This Boot Camp is designed to prepare players to make their school team. We will cover both mental and physical concepts that will give them the confidence needed to put their best foot forward in front of their coaches. The Boot Camp will be held on Thursdays in October beginning on the 3rd and ending on the 24th. Each session will be 75 minutes of intense work.
